A couple of years ago, a friend of mine was picked up by ICE, taken to another state and held for almost 2 months before being allowed to see a judge let alone talk to anyone.
Turns out his papers are in order, but… he had the same name as someone else.
Oops says ICE… and that was it.
Now we have AZ where everyone wants to make political hay. Sure we have a problem with illegal entry into our country. But that does not justify violating the 4th amendment… does it?
Why not secure the borders with a fence and actually enforce the immigration laws on the books?
DHS says a fence won’t work and we need to use Drones to patrol the border. Really? Did we ever complete the project to secure the border with a fence and fixed surveillance? No!
So we get Drones… where do you think the drones head next? Into US cities to scout for terrorist cells of course! That’s the plan in th UK.

For thousands of illegal immigrants in the US being held in jails all over the country there is no way out, as their cases seldom make it to court. Over the last seven years, 110 detainees have died in the facilities.
