O’Reilly asks if 9/11 was an “act of war” -
Judge Napolitano answers:
“neither the Bush Administration or Obama Administrations can answer that because both tried or plan to try people in Military Courts and Civil courts. So the Government doesn’t know.”
Then he states that in his (the Judge) opinion that “it was not and act of war” and goes on to explain why when Bill says…
“don’t out run your coverage here”
“I don’t care about the Constitution” and
“Don’t be a pin head”
