Tabloid Bill makes it clear in this video that he is a “Fair Weather Constitutionlist” or “Sunshine Patriot”. Bill says following the constitution in bad weather is “a pretty extreme position”.

Maybe Bill’s judgment was skewed by the fact that Mr. Rhodes was a former staffer for Congressman Ron Paul. We do know how Tabloid Bill feels about Dr. Paul.

Just to understand… You want law abiding citizens to have guns when not at risk but to willingly surrender them in a crisis and wait for a judge to decide if we should use the US Constitution?
I guess that is what you figure the Founding Fathers had in mind when making the 2nd (as in second) Amendment – “the RIGHT of the PEOPLE to KEEP and BEAR Arms, shall NOT be infringed”
