Why Mormons Build Temples…
This was pretty cool to find on my homepage. I have browser using LDS.org as a homepage to remind me to “CTR” and stay current on happenings in the Church.
Was nice to see that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is now using video on the mainsite homepage. It’s the first time I remember seeing it.
Here is the video on Why Mormons Build Temples and includes several respected “non-members” comments…
“Throughout history, the Lord has commanded His people to build temples. Temples are literally houses of the Lord. They are holy places of worship where individuals make sacred promises with God.”
Even if you never have had an interest in the Mormon Faith you may agree that the doctrine and beliefs are filled with “hope and love”. The Temple is a great example of a belief of hope which corresponds to “1 Cor 15:29”.
